Refund Policy
At AIMS IBS, we believe in maintaining transparent and student-friendly processes. Our cancellation and refund guidelines are outlined below for all UG and PG programs:
General Refund Guidelines
  • Tuition fees are non-refundable once a student has been assigned a University Registration Number.
  • Examination Fees and Application Form Fees are strictly non-refundable under any circumstances.
  • If a student’s admission is cancelled due to:
    • • Disciplinary action
    • • Violation of Anti-Ragging Regulations
    • • Breach of Code of Conduct
    • • Or any other regulatory non-compliance, no refund will be applicable towards tuition, hostel, or other institutional fees.
  • In cases not covered above, the decision regarding refund eligibility will be taken by the institutional board on a case-by-case basis.
Special Cases – No Refund Will Be Processed If
  • The student is expelled for misconduct, disciplinary issues, or violation of the institute's regulations.
  • The cancellation occurs after registration confirmation by the University.
  • The refund request is beyond the official deadline communicated during admissions.
How to Apply for Cancellation

All refund or cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to the Admissions Office, along with supporting documentation and a formal request letter. The institute reserves the right to evaluate each case individually.
